When I was first getting into photography. I remember learning pretty early on that not all cameras operate the same. I knew that color science could differ drastically from system to system. Perhaps you’re already familiar with the tropes of each brand. Sony Photographers tend to shoot city scapes and cars because they’re cameras render highlights in a very specific and appealing way. Nikon Shooters often are found in the bush shooting wildlife because their raw files are much sharper than other brands. And Canon shooters always have their lens pointed at people because their something about the Canon colors that render skin tones better than any other. Maybe this isn’t something that bothers you. I mean after all, most cameras are wildly powerful these days, and you can edit any raw file to look any way you want it. But having a camera with a color profile that you’re familiar and comfortable with will help you immensely when you’re shooting. That’s why I’m sharing these files.
